- $500 - Home/Front/Primary page large - including repeats on other pages
- $300 - Home/Front/Primary page medium
- $150 - Home/Front/Primary page small
- $300 - Link page large
- $200 - Link page medium
- $100 - Link page small
For Print - Fees are largely dependant on the usage and distribution, but following are some rough ranges:
- $400-$1300 - Cover
- $250-$700 - Full page
- $200-$400 - Half page
- $150-$300 - Quarter page
